This Shipping and Delivery Policy describes how PixerPrint produces, dispatches, and delivers custom print orders across India. Last updated: July 2026. Delivery timelines depend on product type, quantity, finishing options, proof approval timing, your delivery PIN code, and selected shipping method. Estimates shown at checkout are good-faith projections, not guaranteed delivery dates unless you purchase a specific guaranteed express service where explicitly offered and confirmed in writing. How shipping works at PixerPrint
PixerPrint is a print-on-demand business. Products are not held in stock; they are manufactured after you approve your proof and payment is confirmed. The shipping process begins only after production and quality checks are complete. We partner with reputable courier and logistics providers to deliver packages to serviceable PIN codes throughout India. Tracking information is shared by email and SMS when your order is dispatched. Delivery is to the address you specify at checkout; we do not offer customer pickup from production facilities unless explicitly arranged for large B2B programmes.
Production timelines
Production time is the period from proof approval and payment confirmation to completion of printing and finishing. It varies by product category, complexity, and current production volume.
- Business cards and small format items: typically two to four business days after proof approval.
- Marketing print such as flyers, brochures, and postcards: typically three to five business days depending on quantity and finishing.
- Stickers, labels, and die-cut products: typically three to six business days including cutting and finishing.
- Packaging, large format, and specialty items: timelines shown in product configurator, often five to ten business days or more.
- Rush or express production: shortened timelines where offered, subject to capacity and surcharge.
Production timelines do not include proof preparation time, which depends on artwork quality and revision rounds. Public holidays and peak season volumes may extend production. We display estimated dispatch dates at checkout based on current capacity models; dates update if proof approval is delayed.
Dispatch and handover to courier
Dispatch occurs when your package is handed to our courier partner and a tracking number is generated. You receive dispatch notification with tracking link. The gap between production completion and dispatch is typically zero to one business day for packing and manifest generation. Orders may be held briefly for quality reinspection or consolidated shipping if you have multiple open orders and requested combination. Dispatch timestamps are recorded in our system and form the basis for delivery estimates provided by couriers.
Courier partners and delivery methods
We work with established national and regional courier services capable of serving Indian PIN codes. The courier assigned depends on package dimensions, weight, destination, and service level selected. Standard delivery uses surface or air networks as appropriate for distance and urgency. Express delivery, where available, prioritises faster courier lanes and may include air freight for distant locations. We do not use India Post for default delivery unless specified for certain remote areas where private couriers lack coverage. Courier terms regarding delivery attempts, signature requirements, and storage limits apply once we hand over shipments.
PIN code serviceability
Enter your delivery PIN code at checkout to confirm serviceability and view estimated delivery timelines. Most urban and semi-urban PIN codes across India are serviceable. Remote, rural, or restricted areas may have extended delivery times, higher shipping charges, or temporary unavailability during weather events or local restrictions. If a PIN code is not serviceable, checkout will indicate this before payment. We periodically update serviceability based on courier partner coverage. For bulk shipments to multiple PIN codes, B2B customers may contact us for multi-drop logistics planning.
Estimated delivery timelines
Delivery time is separate from production time and begins at dispatch. Estimates vary by distance from our dispatch location, courier route, and service level.
- Metro cities: typically two to four business days after dispatch for standard delivery.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: typically three to six business days after dispatch.
- North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and islands: typically five to ten business days or longer.
- Express delivery: reduces transit time where courier express networks serve your PIN code.
Estimates are provided by courier partners and are not guarantees unless a paid guaranteed express product explicitly states otherwise. Force majeure, festivals, strikes, and weather may delay transit without liability beyond our Shipping Policy limits.
Risk transfer and title
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order or when the courier records delivery confirmation, whichever occurs first under applicable courier terms. If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability after reasonable attempts, risk may transfer when goods are held at courier depot per partner policies. Title to custom printed goods passes upon full payment. Unpaid or fraudulently obtained shipments remain our property.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no progress for an extended period or marks a package as lost, contact us at hello@pixerprint.com with your order number. We investigate with the courier partner. Confirmed lost shipments before delivery are reprinted or refunded at our discretion after courier investigation concludes, typically within seven to fourteen business days. Lost package claims require cooperation with courier enquiries. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control but will advocate on your behalf with partners. Packages marked delivered but not received should be reported within forty-eight (48) hours; we assist with courier proof-of-delivery investigation.
Address errors and undeliverable shipments
You are responsible for accuracy of delivery name, address, PIN code, and phone number. Errors discovered before dispatch may be correctable if you contact us immediately; label changes may delay shipment. Errors discovered after dispatch may result in failed delivery, return to origin, or redirection fees charged to you. If a package returns to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed attempts, we contact you to arrange reshipment at additional shipping cost; custom products cannot be resold and storage is limited. We are not obligated to refund orders returned due to customer address errors after successful dispatch to the address provided.
Split shipments
If your order contains products with different production timelines or ships from multiple production lines, we may dispatch items separately to avoid holding finished goods. You are notified when split shipments occur. Shipping charges are allocated according to checkout calculation; additional charges apply only if you request separate expedited dispatch of partial orders. Each shipment receives independent tracking. Delivery completion for the order occurs when all shipments are delivered. Defect or damage claims are filed per shipment.
Express delivery
Express delivery options appear at checkout when available for your product, production capacity, and PIN code. Express services compress production time, transit time, or both for an additional fee. Selecting express does not waive proof approval requirements. Express timelines begin after proof approval, not order placement. If we miss an advertised express dispatch commitment due to our fault, remedy is limited to refund of the express surcharge or equivalent credit unless otherwise stated. Express availability may be suspended during peak seasons or force majeure events.
Business days definition
Business days means Monday through Saturday, excluding national public holidays observed at our production facility and major courier hubs. Sundays and gazetted holidays do not count toward production or delivery estimates unless we explicitly operate on those days and state so at checkout. Holiday schedules are published on our website during Diwali, Christmas, and other peak periods when operations may pause or run reduced shifts. Cut-off times for same-day proof processing or dispatch may apply; checkout displays relevant cut-offs where applicable.
Delivery attempts and recipient responsibilities
Couriers typically attempt delivery two to three times on business days. Ensure the phone number provided is reachable. For business addresses, specify department or reception instructions. High-value or large shipments may require signature confirmation. If you are unavailable, couriers may leave instructions for pickup at local hub. Unclaimed packages returned after depot holding periods are handled under address error and undeliverable policies. We are not liable for delays caused by recipient unavailability.
International and export shipping
PixerPrint primarily serves customers within India. International shipping is not available through standard checkout unless explicitly offered for a product or B2B programme. Export orders, where accepted under separate agreement, are subject to customs documentation, duties, and extended timelines billed to the customer. GST treatment for exports follows applicable Indian tax law with zero-rated supplies where conditions are met.
Shipping charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination PIN code, and service level. Free or discounted shipping promotions apply per campaign terms. Remote area surcharges may apply automatically. B2B volume programmes may include negotiated shipping rates. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless an entire order is cancelled before dispatch or we fail to deliver through our fault.
Packaging and environmental considerations
We package print products to withstand standard courier handling using recyclable cardboard, protective sleeves, and void fill appropriate to product type. Business cards ship in rigid mailers; posters use tubes or flat packs; bulk orders use corrugated cartons with internal dividers. Sustainable packaging initiatives may substitute equivalent protection with eco-friendlier materials without notice. Special packaging requests for corporate programmes — branded sleeves, gift wrapping, or retail-ready packs — must be arranged at quote stage and may affect dispatch timelines and shipping weight calculations.
Multiple delivery addresses
Standard checkout supports one delivery address per order. B2B customers requiring split delivery to multiple PIN codes should contact our team before ordering or place separate orders per destination. Corporate multi-drop projects may be quoted with consolidated production and staggered dispatch; shipping charges apply per drop. Each drop receives independent tracking and delivery confirmation. Risk transfers per drop upon delivery to that address.
Self-pickup and third-party logistics
Customer collection from our production facilities is not available for standard online orders. Third-party logistics arranged by you — your courier collecting from our premises — requires prior written approval, valid identification, and scheduled pickup windows. Risk transfers upon handover to your authorised carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damage after handover to third-party carriers you appoint. Export collection for international B2B orders follows separate logistics agreements.
Weather, festivals, and operational notices
India-wide delivery networks experience pressure during monsoon season, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and regional festivals. Production and courier partners may operate reduced schedules. We publish advance notices on our website and email account holders when lead times extend materially. Orders placed during notice periods are subject to revised estimates shown at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by widespread network disruption, road closures, or force majeure weather events affecting couriers after dispatch.
Insurance and high-value shipments
Standard shipping includes courier liability limits per partner terms, which may be lower than order value for large B2B shipments. Corporate customers ordering high-value print runs may request enhanced insurance or special handling at quote stage for additional fees. We declare accurate consignment values on manifests as required; under-declaration to reduce freight is prohibited and voids coverage. Claims for lost high-value shipments follow courier investigation procedures with extended timelines.
Delivery confirmation and proof of delivery
Couriers provide proof of delivery through OTP verification, signature capture, or photograph at doorstep depending on service level and location. Tracking status marked "Delivered" triggers our risk transfer and starts the 48-hour damage reporting window in our Returns Policy. If you dispute delivery confirmation, we request courier POD within three business days. Disputes filed timely are investigated before chargeback or refund decisions.
Undelivered and RTO shipments
Return-to-origin (RTO) occurs when couriers cannot deliver after repeated attempts or address issues. RTO timelines vary by partner and destination. We notify you when RTO is initiated and offer reshipment at additional freight cost or refund of product value minus shipping and non-recoverable production cost for custom goods. Unclaimed RTO held beyond thirty (30) days may be destroyed or recycled; refunds are not automatic after extended RTO without reshipment arrangement.
Planning deliveries for time-sensitive events
If your print order supports a fixed event date — a product launch, conference, wedding, or campaign go-live — we strongly recommend placing orders early, approving proofs without delay, and selecting express production and shipping where offered. Checkout estimates assume prompt proof approval; each day of delay shifts dispatch accordingly. PixerPrint is not liable for missed event deadlines caused by late artwork submission, extended proof revision cycles, courier delays after dispatch, or incorrect delivery addresses.
